APPRENTICESHIP AGREEMENT. “Apprenticeship Agreement” shall mean a written agreement between the Company and the person employed as an apprentice and his/her parent or guardian (if he/she is a minor), which agreement shall be approved by the Director.
APPRENTICESHIP AGREEMENT. Upon entry into the training program the apprentice will execute jointly with the Company an apprentice training agreement, signifying on the part of the apprentice his acquaintance with and acceptance of the standards of the apprenticeship program and of his part in it; and on the part of the Company its willingness to teach the xxxxxxxxxx xxx fundamentals of the trade of his choice, over a specified period of time, at a given schedule of rates. The agreement will be signed by at least one (1) Union Representative and (1) Company Representative and will incorporate these standards of apprenticeship by reference therein. The following will receive copies of the Apprenticeship Agreement:

APPRENTICESHIP AGREEMENT. It is agreed that the established United Parcel Service Apprentice Mechanic and Maintenance Program may be used under the terms of this Agreement. Prior to the initiation of this Program the Em- ployer and the Local Union will meet with the Southern Region Negotiating Committee for approval. Qualified part-time employ- ees will be given first (1st) opportunity to fill these positions.

APPRENTICESHIP AGREEMENT. ‘Apprenticeship Agreement’ shall mean a written agreement between the Company and the person employed as an apprentice, and his/her parent or guardian (if he/she is a minor) which agreement shall be approved by the Secretary of the Committee and registered with the Registration Agencies and International Union, I.A.M. Every Apprenticeship Agreement entered into under these standards of apprenticeship, shall contain a clause making the standards part of the agreement with the same effect as if expressly written therein. For this reason every applicant (and his/her parent or guardian if he/she is a minor) shall be given an opportunity to read the standards before he/she signs the Apprenticeship Agreement. APPRENTICESHIP AGREEMENT. Instructions
APPRENTICESHIP AGREEMENT. Where apprenticeship programs are entered into, the Parties shall draft an Agreement that includes:
(i) the person designated by the employer to be in charge of implementing and monitoring the apprenticeship program;
(ii) confirmation that the designated person in (i) will implement and monitor the program in accordance with the guidelines set out by the apprenticeship board;
(iii) confirmation from the apprenticeship candidate that he/she will be available for all apprenticeship related training work except for cases of sick leave, holiday or banked overtime leave.
APPRENTICESHIP AGREEMENT. SECTION 1. Each Apprentice will be required to sign an Apprenticeship Agreement which will also be signed by a representative of the Company.
1.2 The following shall receive copies of the Apprenticeship Agreement:
a. The Apprentice;
b. The Employer; and
c. The Apprenticeable Craft representative.
APPRENTICESHIP AGREEMENT. The written agreement between the apprentice and the Sponsor setting forth the responsibilities and obligations of all parties to the Apprenticeship Agreement with respect to the Apprentice’s employment and training under these Standards. Each Apprenticeship Agreement must be registered with the Registration Agency.
