Driving Restrictions. The Customer agrees that during the Rental Term the Vehicle will only be operated by each Customer who has executed the Rental Agreement. The Customer represents and warrants to the Company that he or she is at least twenty-five years of age (25), is authorized to drive in British Columbia, and is a capable and validly licensed driver with sufficient experience to safely and legally operate the Vehicle in any terrain over which the Customer may elect to drive it.
