Drop Box. Resident understands that they may use the night slot/drop box to tender their monthly rent. However, Resident uses it at their own risk. Management does not warrant security on the drop box should the rent be lost, stolen, or otherwise removed by a third party. Resident agrees to reimburse landlord immediately for the rent that was tendered.

Drop Box. Subject to compliance with the Project Documents and applicable law, Tenant may install a drive-by drop box within the Common Area. The drop box will measure approximately four feet (4') wide, forty-four inches (44") tall, and thirty-five inches (35") in depth at a location visible from Tenant's front door, easily accessible to vehicular traffic and within 30 feet (30') of the Premises.
