Drug Medi-Cal Services. Drug Medi-Cal SUD services may only utilize medications approved under section 505 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C 355) and all biological products licensed under section 351 of the Public Health Services Act (42 U.S.C 262) that are covered in the Medi-Cal formulary, as directed by a Physician, to alleviate the symptoms of withdrawal from opiates or alcohol.
Drug Medi-Cal Services. For services funded by Drug/Medi-Cal, CONTRACTOR shall be licensed, registered, certified and approved as required by the appropriate agencies. In providing services under this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and administrative requirements adopted by federal, state, and local governments, including, but not limited to, the following: - Health and Safety Code (HSC), Sections 11987.3 and 11987.5(b) and (c) and Sections 11758.40 through 11758.47 - Welfare and Institutions Code (W&IC), Chapter 7, Sections 14000, et seq., and 11987.5(b) and (c) and Sections 11758.40 through 11758.47 - 42 USC 1396(a)(30-33) and Title 42, Code of Federal Regulations, Sections 456.2 through 456.6 inclusive. - Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 291 and 1300, et seq. And CCR, Title 9, Sections 10,000, et seq.; - Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Sections 51341.1, 51490.1 and 51516.1; - Title 9, CCR, Division 4 and Chapter 5, Sections 10500, et seq.; - Drug Medi-Cal Certifications Standards for Substance Abuse Clinics; - Standards for Drug Treatment Programs; and - In instances where inconsistencies occur, the provisions of Title 22, California Code of Regulations shall apply.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • Surgical Services All necessary procedures for extractions and other surgical procedures normally performed by a dentist.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Manufacturing Services Jabil will manufacture the Product in accordance with the Specifications and any applicable Build Schedules. Jabil will reply to each proposed Build Schedule that is submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by notifying Company of its acceptance or rejection within three (3) business days of receipt of any proposed Build Schedule. In the event of Jabil’s rejection of a proposed Build Schedule, Jabil’s notice of rejection will specify the basis for such rejection. When requested by Company, and subject to appropriate fee and cost adjustments, Jabil will provide Additional Services for existing or future Product manufactured by Jabil. Company shall be solely responsible for the sufficiency and adequacy of the Specifications [***].

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Medical Services Plan Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment. The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums required by the plan.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.
