Drug Services. For capitated Health Plans since prescribed drug services are covered under the Health Plan, by the fifth day of each month, the Health Plan shall provide the Child Welfare PMHP with a report indicating, for all classes of drugs, the prescribed drugs the Health Plan’s non-Reform enrollees received the prior month. The report shall list each Health Plan enrollee enrolled in the Child Welfare PMHP, as applicable, who has had a pharmacy claim paid within the month. The report will be in the format prescribed by the Agency. The Child Welfare PMHP will use this report to assist in the management of its enrollees’ mental health treatment, coordinating with enrollees’ primary care providers, integration of treatment with other providers, and for outreach purposes.

Drug Services. The CHC-MCO must provide coverage of prescription and OTC medicines for Participants who are not otherwise eligible for a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan. The CHC-MCO must provide pharmacy services for all other Participants. The CHC-MCO must coordinate pharmacy services with Medicare Part D, and other third party pharmacy coverage so that the Participant receives the pharmacy services outlined in the Participant’s PCSP. The CHC-MCO must offer assistance to Dual Eligible Participants in selecting a Medicare Part D plan, including advising on the benefit of enrolling in a Medicare Part D plan with a zero co-pay and assisting the Participant with obtaining health insurance counseling through Pennsylvania Medicare Education and Decision Insight (PA MEDI). The CHC-MCO must also comply with the requirements described in Exhibit D, Drug Services.

  • Manufacturing Services Jabil will manufacture the Product in accordance with the Specifications and any applicable Build Schedules. Jabil will reply to each proposed Build Schedule that is submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by notifying Company of its acceptance or rejection within three (3) business days of receipt of any proposed Build Schedule. In the event of Jabil’s rejection of a proposed Build Schedule, Jabil’s notice of rejection will specify the basis for such rejection. When requested by Company, and subject to appropriate fee and cost adjustments, Jabil will provide Additional Services for existing or future Product manufactured by Jabil. Company shall be solely responsible for the sufficiency and adequacy of the Specifications [***].

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Billing Services Manager shall provide, or cause to be provided, the following billing services to P.C.:
