DS1 Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport having a total digital signal speed of 1.544 Mbps.
DS1 Dedicated Transport. To the extent the Agreement otherwise requires Verizon to provide RNK with unbundled access to § 251(c)(3) DS1 Dedicated Transport (this section not being intended to create any such requirement in the first instance) the following provisions shall apply notwithstanding any such requirement:
3.5.1.1 Effective as of March 11, 2005, and subject to the transition requirements set forth in Sections 3.5.1.2 and 3.6.3 below:
3.5.1.1.1 Verizon shall unbundle DS1 Dedicated Transport between any pair of Verizon Wire Centers except where, through application of tier classifications described in Section 3.5.5 below, both Wire Centers defining the Route are Tier 1 Wire Centers. As such, Verizon must unbundle DS1 Dedicated Transport if a Wire Center at either end of a requested Route is not a Tier 1 Wire Center, or if neither is a Tier 1 Wire Center.
3.5.1.1.2 RNK may obtain a maximum of ten unbundled DS1 Dedicated Transport circuits on each Route where DS1 Dedicated Transport is available on an unbundled basis.
DS1 Dedicated Transport. CenturyLink interoffice transmission facilities that have a total digital signal speed of 1.544 Mbps and are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier.
DS1 Dedicated Transport. 76.3.1 DS1 Dedicated Transport consists of CenturyLink interoffice transmission facilities that have a total digital signal speed of 1.544 Mbps and are dedicated to a particular carrier.
76.3.2 CenturyLink will only provide DS1 Dedicated Transport on an unbundled basis between any pair of CenturyLink Wire Centers that are classified as Tier 3 on one or both ends of the route.
76.3.3 CLEC may obtain a maximum of ten (10) DS1 Dedicated Transport circuits on each route where DS1 Dedicated Transport is available on an unbundled basis.
DS1 Dedicated Transport. 69.3.1 DS1 Dedicated Transport consists of Brightspeed interoffice transmission facilities that have a total digital signal speed of 1.544 Mbps and are dedicated to a particular carrier.
69.3.2 Brightspeed will only provide DS1 Dedicated Transport on an unbundled basis between any pair of Brightspeed Wire Centers that are classified as Tier 2 or Tier 3 on one or both ends of the route.
69.3.3 CLEC may obtain a maximum of ten (10) DS1 Dedicated Transport circuits on each route where DS1 Dedicated Transport is available on an unbundled basis.
DS1 Dedicated Transport. No more than ten (10) UNE Dedicated Transport circuits on any route.
DS1 Dedicated Transport. For purposes of determining whether DS1 Dedicated Transport is available as a UNE between UNE Wire Centers under Sections 2.2.1 and 2.2.4.1 above, an Alternative Fiber Wire Center shall be deemed not a DS1 UNE Triggering Endpoint. Thus, for example: (a) if both ends of a route were Tier 2 or 3 Wire Centers, but competitive fiber is present within one-half mile of only one of those Wire Centers, then UNE DS1 Dedicated Transport would be available as a UNE on such route, and (b) if both ends of a route were Tier 2 or 3 Wire Centers, but both of those UNE Wire Centers are Alternative Fiber Wire Centers, then DS1 Dedicated Transport would not be available as a UNE on such route, and (c) if one end of a route were a Tier 1 Wire Center and the other end of the route were a Tier 2 or 3 Wire Center that is an Alternative Fiber Wire Center, then DS1 Dedicated Transport would not be available as a UNE on such route.
DS1 Dedicated Transport. Consists of incumbent LEC interoffice transmission facilities that have a total digital signal speed of 1.544 megabytes per second and are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier.
DS1 Dedicated Transport. 10.5.1 To the extent required by 47 C.F.R.§ 51.319(e)(2)(ii)(A), PRTC shall unbundle DS1 transport only in circumstances where a wire center at either end of a requested route is not a Tier 1 wire center, or if neither is a Tier 1 wire center.
10.5.2 Pursuant to 47 C.F.R.§ 51.319(e)(2)(ii )(B), CSPR may obtain no more than ten (10) unbundled DS1 dedicated transport circuits on each route where DS1 dedicated transport is available on an unbundled basis. 10.5.3 Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(e)(2)(ii)(C), if PRTC is not obligated to provide DS1 dedicated transport, the following 12-month transition applies. Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(e)(2)(ii)(C), for a 12-month period commencing on the effective date of any DS1 dedicated transport that PRTC is not obligated to provide under this Agreement or pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(e)(2)(ii)(A) or (e)(2)(ii)(B), the DS1 dedicated transport shall be available for lease from PRTC at a rate equal to the higher of (1) 115% of the rate CSPR paid for the dedicated transport element on June 15, 2004, or (2) 115% of the rate the TRB establishes or established, if any, between June 16, 2004, and the effective date of the Triennial Review Remand Order for that dedicated transport element. Notwithstanding the foregoing, PRTC is not required to provide unbundled DS1 transport pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 51.319 (e)(2)(ii)(A) or (e)(2)(ii)(B), CSPR may not obtain new DS1 transport as unbundled network elements.
DS1 Dedicated Transport. To the extent the Agreement otherwise requires Verizon to provide RNK with unbundled access to DS1 Dedicated Transport (this section not being intended to create any such requirement in the first instance) the following provisions shall apply notwithstanding any such requirement:
3.5.1.1 Effective as of March 11, 2005, and subject to the transition requirements set forth in Sections 3.5.1.2 and 3.6.3 below:
