Ducts. Tenant shall permit Landlord or its agent to install, maintain, repair and replace in the ceiling space and/or under the concrete slab, adjacent to demising partitions and free standing columns, electrical, water or other lines and/or ducts that may be required to serve the common areas or others in the Building.
Ducts. The use of Street Lighting duct is subject to the approval of the Network Lighting Manager, all ducts shall be installed in accordance with the Manufacturers Specification and shall be inspected before being backfilled by the Authority’s Engineer. Ducts shall not be installed in soft verges. Cables shall be marked with PVC marker tape laid 150mm above cable. All ducts shall be marked with PVC marker tape laid 150mm above the duct. Where approved all cables shall be run throughout their length inside twinwall duct with a ribbed MDPE outer profile and smooth LDPE inner bore with a draw wire inserted as standard. Ducting must meet the requirements of BS EN 00000-0-0.
Ducts. This Agreement covers all ducts from heating and/or cooling unit to the point of attachment at registers or grills. This Agreement does NOT cover the following list of modules, components and parts relating to the duct system: (i) grills; (ii) registers; (iii) flue ducts; (iv) dampers; (v) diffusers; (vi) regulators; (vii) boxes; (viii) panels; (ix) insulation; (x) ductwork insulated by asbestos; (xi) collapsed ductwork; (xii) crushed ductwork; and (xiii) improperly sized ductwork/duct system.
Ducts. The Landlord shall have the right to run utility lines, pipes, roof drainage pipes, conduit wire, or ductwork where necessary, through above-ceiling space, column space, the interiors of the walls and beneath the floors of the Premises and to maintain the same in a manner which does not unduly interfere with the Tenant's use thereof.

Ducts. Add the following: The Contractor shall use the materials supplied to him by Telkom in the most economical manner. Materials lost or damaged through neglect on the part of the Contractor or his workmen shall be made good by the Contractor or the value thereof will be deducted from any monies due to him. The Contractor shall cart all materials supplied by Telkom to the place of work and shall, on completion of the work, return all surplus material to Telkom.

Subject to the terms of the Lease, Landlord shall have the right to install, maintain, repair and replace in the ceiling space and/or under the concrete slab, adjacent to demising partitions and free standing columns, electrical, water or other lines and/or ducts that may be required to serve the Common Areas or others in the Building.

Tenant shall permit Landlord to install, use and maintain, replace or add additional pipes, lines, utilities, ducts and conduits within walls, load bearing columns and ceilings located in, under or on the Premises, provided, however, that access will be at reasonably appropriate hours on prior notice unless an emergency occurs and shall be conducted with an effort to minimize interruption of Tenant's Use of Premises and provided further that Landlord will indemnify Tenant for any damages to Tenant's Premises or Tenant's Property, arising out of Landlord utilizing the provisions of this Section.
