Dues and Benefit Deduction Program. 1. During the term of this Agreement, upon receipt of an executed voluntary written authorization, the City shall deduct Association dues and benefit program premiums from the pay of employees represented by the Association. The form for this purpose shall be provided by the City and the amounts to be deducted for union dues shall be certified to the City by the appropriate Association official. For such purposes, the City shall charge the Association five and one-half cents ($.055) per deduction.
