DUES AND DEDUCTIONS. 13.1 Upon individual written authorization by an employee who is a member of the Association, the District agrees to deduct from the pay of such employee the current Association dues, as certified to the District by the Treasurer of the Association. Said deductions shall be made each pay period in which the employee’s paycheck is large enough to satisfy the deduction. The District shall forward the amount so collected to the Association at least once per month. However, the District shall not deduct dues from the wages of any employee who notifies the District in writing that he/she is withdrawing a previous authorization for such deductions.
