Common use of Duplicating Equipment Clause in Contracts

Duplicating Equipment. The Board shall permit the Association to utilize for appropriate faculty business College duplicating equipment if such is not otherwise required for the conducting of College business affairs, provided the College may direct that such equipment be operated by a qualified employee, and provided further that the Association shall reimburse the College for any supplies furnished or machine damages, if such equipment is operated directly by the Association, and to reimburse the College for any damage done thereby and not caused by normal wear and tear.
