Cash Salary. An employee's cash salary shall be equal to the employee's total annual salary and/or salary per pay period less the amount of the deferred salary for said employee and shall be payable to said employee subject to applicable payroll deductions. The Board's total expenditures for employees' salaries as specified in Sections 5.01, 5.03, 5.05, 5.06, 5.08, and 5.11 of this Agreement and its employer contributions to the State Teachers Retirement System shall not be greater than the amounts the Board would have paid had this provision not been in effect.
Cash Salary. Executive shall receive for services to be rendered hereunder an annual base salary (the "Base Salary"), of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000).

(i) From January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011, the Base Salary shall be Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($320,000);
(ii) From January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, the Base Salary shall be Three Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Dollars ($335,000); and, (iii) From January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013, the Base Salary shall be Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000).
Cash Salary. Executive shall receive for services to be rendered hereunder an annual base salary (the "Base Salary") as follows:
(i) In the first year of this Agreement, Nine Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($925,000);
(ii) In the second year of this Agreement, Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($950,000); and,
(iii) In the third year of this Agreement, Nine Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($975,000).
Cash Salary. An Employee's deferred salary shall be equal to the percentage of the employee's salary which is required to be paid by the employer to the School Employees Retirement System (SERS) as an employee contribution. An employee's cash salary shall be equal to an employee's actual salary less the amount of the deferred salary.

Cash Salary. American Rebel shall pay Lxxxxxxxx a base cash salary of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($260,000) per year (“Salary”). Such Salary shall be payable in accordance with American Rebel’s normal policies. Further, the Board of Directors shall review the Salary annually for an increase, such increase not to be less than the year-over-year increase in the U.S. Consumer Price Index.
Cash Salary. A member's cash salary shall be equal to the member's total annual salary or salary per pay period less the amount of the "pick-up" for the member and shall be payable, subject to applicable payroll deductions, to the member.
Cash Salary. The term “Cash Salary” shall mean base salary and annual incentive bonuses paid by G-P or its Affiliates, and any such cash salary or annual incentive bonus which Officer elected to defer, and excludes, without limitation, severance payments or any payment made upon the termination of Officer’s employment (regardless of whether such payment is characterized as a severance payment), compensation under any long-term incentive program, any bonus (other than the annual incentive bonus), and any other incentive compensation. For purposes of this Agreement, the annual incentive bonus shall be counted in the year in which such annual incentive bonus is paid.
