Common use of Duplication of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Duplication of Agreement. Within thirty (30) calendar days after ratification by both parties, the Board shall make available a clean copy of the Agreement. Sufficient copies of the Agreement shall be promptly reproduced as to make one (1) copy for each bargaining unit member, administrator, Board member, and twenty-five (25) additional copies. The cost of reproduction shall be borne by the Board.
