Board Meeting Notification. The President of the Association or the President’s designee shall be given a written notice of special meetings of the Board and a copy of the agenda for each regular meeting at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time of the meeting.

Board Meeting Notification. A copy of the agenda for all regular and special Board meetings will be sent by email to the Association President within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled meeting. In the case of a special Board meeting, the Board may orally inform the Association President of the scheduled meeting within twenty-four (24) hours of the meeting. The forty-eight (48) hour parameter may be waived in the case of an emergency. A copy of the agenda for all regular board meetings will be sent by email to the association-building representatives within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled meeting.
