Board Meeting Notification. The President of the Association or the President’s designee shall be given a written notice of special meetings of the Board and a copy of the agenda for each regular meeting at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time of the meeting.

Written notice of all regular and special (but not emergency) meetings of the Board, together with a copy of the agenda or statement of purpose of such meeting, shall be placed in the school mail box of the Union Xxxxxxx at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to such meeting.

In the case of a special Board meeting, the Board may orally inform the Association President of the scheduled meeting within twenty-four (24) hours of the meeting. The forty-eight (48) hour parameter may be waived in the case of an emergency. A copy of the agenda for all regular board meetings will be placed in the mailboxes of the association building representatives within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled meeting.

The Association President shall be provided one (1) copy of the official open Board minutes once they have been approved. The above information shall be provided the Association President at the same time the information is given to members of the Board of Education.
