Unless expressly stated otherwise by the Allocation Platform the amended Allocation Rules shall govern all rights and obligations in connection with these Allocation Rules including those acquired before the date of amendment but with the delivery date after the amendment takes effect. Any amendment of these Allocation Rules shall apply automatically to the Participation Agreement in force between the Allocation Platform and the Registered Participant, without the need for the Registered Participant to sign a new Participation Agreement but without prejudice to the Registered Participant’s right to request the termination of its Participation Agreement in accordance with Article 56(1). By participating in the Auction after the Registered Participant was informed about the changes and/or adaptations of the Allocation Rules and after these changes and/or adaptations of the Allocation Rules entered into force, it is deemed that the Registered Participant has accepted the changed, i.e. the valid and effective version of the Allocation Rules. The Allocation Rules shall be periodically reviewed by the Allocation Platform, the relevant Transmission System Operators at least every two years involving the Registered Participants. In case the relevant Transmission System Operators consider the amendment of these Allocation Rules as a result of this review, the procedure described in this Article shall apply.
