Common use of DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. Section 29.1 This Agreement shall become effective on the date of its signature and shall continue in full force and effect until the 31st day of March, 2018 and from year to year thereafter, unless written notice of intention to terminate or amend this Agreement is given by either party to the other not more than 120 days before the date of its termination.

DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. Section 29.1 31.01 This Agreement shall become effective on as of the date that execution by both of its signature the parties has been completed and shall continue to be in full force and effect until the 31st day of March, 2018 March 2025 and from shall continue to be in effect for one (1) year to year thereafter, thereafter unless either the Employer or the Union gives written notice of intention to terminate or amend this Agreement is given by either party to the other not more than 120 days before the date party of its terminationintention to enter into negotiations for the purpose of revising or terminating this Agreement.

Section 29.1 17.01 This Agreement shall become effective on as of the date 16th day of its signature August, 2012 and shall continue remain in full force and effect until the 31st day of MarchDecember, 2018 2015 and shall continue in force from year to year thereafter, unless written notice of intention to terminate or amend this Agreement is given by either party to the other not more than 120 ninety (90) days before the date termination of its terminationthe said Agreement.
