MINIMUM STAFFING LEVELS. In the effort to promote reasonable expectations, Management will establish minimum staffing levels for each department.
MINIMUM STAFFING LEVELS. The minimum staffing level for the SRO program will consist of the number of officers being compensated by the District as outlined in paragraph number 3 above, according to the annual salary and primary benefits. APD will not be obligated to immediately fill a position when an assigned SRO is unavailable due to approved leave or training unless SRO staffing drops below the compensated level in paragraph number 3 above. An SRO will always be assigned to each of the six high school campuses on a daily basis. Vacant positions in the junior high schools will be filled by rovers.

Subject to the occurrence of a condition described in 1A, B, C, or D, the Employer Xxxx Sound agrees that the facility shall maintain a minimum staffing of ninety percent (90%) of ninety (90) employees, up to and including July 22, 2009. The staffing level of ninety (90) will be adjusted for the implementation of productivity improvements. No reduction from the adjusted staffing levels shall occur except through normal attrition, optional layoff or medical layoff.
B. Subject to the occurrence of a condition described in 1A, B, C, or D, the Employer agrees that the Collingwood facility shall maintain a minimum staffing level of 90% of 145 up to and including July 22, 2009. The staffing level will be adjusted for the implementation of productivity improvements. No reduction from the adjusted staffing level shall occur except through normal attrition, the separation allowance, optional layoff or medical layoff.
C. Existing practices concerning inventory adjustments will continue.
MINIMUM STAFFING LEVELS. 16.1 Absent genuine extenuating circumstances, such as unplanned leave absences, DBNGP will ensure that there shall be a minimum of three Employees rostered on each shift, during peak periods. On Night Shift one of the three (3) Employees shall be rostered to work from home.
16.2 If an Employee rostered to work from home is required to attend the workplace, then the Employee shall be paid 8.5 hours of Overtime in addition to their Salary.
16.3 Employees who have not been signed off as competent or do not have a current training plan in place shall be deemed a supernumerary Employee and shall not be included in the minimum number of Employees required to undertake safe operations.
16.4 The minimum staffing levels will not apply for four weeks following the exit of an Employee while DBNGP recruits their replacement.
MINIMUM STAFFING LEVELS. 10.1. The District shall maintain no less than four (4) regularly employed full-time firefighters, to include a Duty Officer Captain or AIC Duty Officer Lieutenant, on duty and assigned to operations at all times.
10.2. At a minimum, each staffed station will have no less than three (3) on duty personnel consisting of one (1) regularly employed full-time Captain or Lieutenant or AIC Lieutenant and one (1) regularly employed full time Engineer or AIC Engineer, and one
(1) District appointed Firefighter/EMT First Responder Volunteer or Resident Volunteer. The District may supplement with additional full time Fire-Medics and/or Reserve Volunteer Firefighter, First Responders, Medics.
10.3. The above conditions do not apply to such times where the District has attempted to fill vacancies and none of the regularly employed full-time firefighters are available to return to work, at which time eligible part-time, reserve volunteers, or reserve resident volunteers may fill the vacancies.
