Common use of DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 29.01 This Collective Agreement shall continue in effect until April 30, 2021 and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one (1) year unless either Party notifies in writing, not less than thirty (30) calendar days or more than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration date that it desires to amend this Collective Agreement.

DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 29.01 24.01 This Collective Agreement shall continue remain in effect until April 30December 31, 2021 and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one (1) year unless 2019. Unless either Party notifies in writing, not less than thirty (30) calendar days or more than sixty (60) calendar days prior party gives to the expiration date that it desires other party written notice of termination or of a desire to amend this Collective Agreement, then it shall continue in effect for a further year without change, and so on from year to year thereafter.

DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 29.01 27.01 This Collective Agreement Agreement, unless altered by mutual consent of both Parties hereto, shall continue be in force and effect until April 30from and after January 1st, 2021 to December 31st, 2023 and shall continue automatically from year to year thereafter for annual periods of one (1) year unless notification by either Party notifies in writing, writing of the desire to amend or terminate not more than one hundred twenty (120) days and not less than thirty (30) calendar days or more than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration date that it desires to amend this Collective end of the Agreement.
