Duration of the Tenure Review Process. The probationary period and the tenure review process shall last for four years, with three contract periods, except for those faculty qualifying for the Modified Tenure Review Process as described in this article and those who are granted early tenure. A year is defined as having provided service to the district for at least 75% of an academic year. The faculty member will be evaluated each year of the probationary period, however there are only three contract periods as follows: First ContractYear One Second ContractYear Two Third Contract – Years Three and Four

  • Review Process A/E's Work Product will be reviewed by County under its applicable technical requirements and procedures, as follows:
