Eligibility for a Modified Tenure Review Process. If a unit member has been employed by the District in a non-tenure track (temporary) full- time faculty position for at least two years immediately before s/he is hired into a tenure track position, then the modified tenure review process shall be for a two-year period as described in this article. If a unit member has been employed by the District in a non-tenure track (temporary) full- time faculty position for at least one year immediately before s/he is hired into a tenure track position, then the modified tenure review process shall be for a three-year period as described in this article.
