Salary Index. The salary index for members of the bargaining unit is provided in Appendix "D".

Salary Index. Any certificated/licensed employee that presents the Board with a letter of resignation due to retirement up to three (3) years in advance will be awarded an additional one thousand dollars ($1,000) to his/her annual salary per year prior to retirement. Such payment shall be included in earnings for retirement purposes. The additional amount will be added to the annual salary and paid out over 26/27 pays. This request must be made prior to June 1st and the additional amount will begin when the new contract amounts begin. Retire-rehire employees are not eligible for the stipend.
Salary Index. 1. The salary schedule includes an index column for Masters + 20 semester hours. The additional hours must be education hours and earned after the date of obtaining a Masters’ degree. These additional hours must be in the major or minor field of study including education courses for which the individual holds, or will earn a valid Ohio license.
Salary Index. The Board agrees to the salary schedule as set forth in Appendix A which is attached and incorporated into this agreement. When a staff member is frozen at MS+45, there is a $500 career incentive, non-accumulative.

Salary Index. Salary Schedules for 2017-2019 are based on a three-point-seven-five percent (3.75%) horizontal index and a three-point-seven-five percent (3.75%) vertical index.
Salary Index. Effective August 1, 2015 (See Appendix Y) For the 2015-2016 School Year: 2.75% increase on base salary. Teachers who were previously subjected to freeze in salary step increases, will be advanced that step to reclaim their longevity status, with the understanding that no employee will exceed their actual longevity status.
