During the Production Phase Sample Clauses
The "During the Production Phase" clause outlines the specific obligations, procedures, or standards that must be followed while a project or product is actively being produced. This clause typically details requirements such as quality control measures, reporting protocols, or timelines that apply only during the period when production activities are underway. For example, it may require regular progress updates or adherence to certain safety standards throughout the manufacturing process. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties understand and comply with the necessary steps and expectations during the critical phase of production, thereby reducing misunderstandings and maintaining project quality.
During the Production Phase the Contracted Parties may terminate this Agreement only upon notice to the Contracting Party at least one hundred and eighty (180) days before the date intended to terminate the Agreement or observing any other term defined in a subsequent regulation.
31.3.1. The Consortium Members may not interrupt or suspend the Production undertaken in the Annual Production Programs during the minimum period of one hundred and eighty (180) days of the date of the notice of intended termination or within any other term defined in a subsequent regulation.
