Duties of Chair. The Chair shall preside at all meetings of the Board. The Chair, or the Vice-Chair in the absence of the Chair, shall sign any instruments that the Board has authorized to be executed, except in cases where the signing of instruments shall be required by law to be otherwise signed or executed, or where the resolution of the Board authorizes the signing of such instrument by another person.
