Duty-Free Lunch Period. 1. All teachers covered by this agreement, unless they request otherwise, shall have the right to a duty-free lunch period equivalent to the school's regularly scheduled noon intermission. 2. Each school teaching staff shall guarantee a reasonable number of teachers available to assist noon-hour supervisors during emergent situations. A reasonable number of teachers, as described in this clause, shall be jointly determined by the teaching staff and the school administration.
