Duty to provide assistance. Azets shall assist the Data Controller in complying with the requirements of Articles 32 to 36 of the General Data Protection Regulation on information security. Azets shall also assist the Data Controller in fulfilling the Data Controller's obligation to respond to inquiries from Data Subjects who wish to exercise their rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. Azets shall not respond to such inquiries, but without undue delay forward the inquiry to the Data Controller or refer the Data Subject to contact the Data Controller directly.

  • Duty to Provide Secure Data The Contractor will maintain the security of State of Florida data including, but not limited to, a secure area around any displayed visible data. The Contractor will also comply with all HIPAA requirements and any other state and federal rules and regulations regarding security of information.

  • Transition Assistance If this Contract is not renewed at the end of this term, if the Contract is otherwise terminated before project completion, or if particular work on a project is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall provide transition assistance for a reasonable, mutually agreed period of time after the expiration or termination of this Contract or particular work under this Contract. The purpose of this assistance is to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the services to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such services to State or its designees.
