E911. XI.1.1 For E911 service, Ameritech shall initially provide TWC with a minimum of two dedicated trunks to the appropriate E911 tandem, including the designated secondary tandem, if applicable at the prices set forth in the Pricing Schedule. Additional trunks shall be provided as provided in the Pricing Schedule. The trunks provided shall be, at a minimum, DSO level trunks using CAMA type signaling with MF pulsing that shall deliver ANI with the voice portion of the call. Ameritech shall deliver the ANI to the designated Public Safety Answering Point (ΑPSAP≅). If a municipality has converted to E911 service, TWC shall forward 911 calls to the appropriate E911 primary tandem, along with ANI, based upon the current E911 end office to tandem homing arrangement as provided by Ameritech.
XI.1.2 In order to ensure the proper working of the system, along with accurate customer data, TWC shall provide daily updates to the E911 database in NENA Recommended Format for Data Exchange, Version 1 or 2, depending on Ameritech=s preference. Ameritech shall provide the capability for TWC to update E911 information by direct electronic connection to Ameritech=s database facility or that of its agent. Ameritech shall confirm receipt of data and incorporate all updates received from TWC within twenty-four (24) hours of the receipt of same. If Ameritech detects errors in the information provided by TWC, Ameritech shall return the incorrect files, including error codes, to TWC within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. TWC shall correct errors and retransmit the files within twenty-four (24) hours, or shall contact Ameritech for assistance with error resolution. Ameritech shall provide confirmation that TWC updates have been included in the database in the form of a report detailing the number of items sent, the number of items entered correctly and the number of errors.
XI.1.3 The E911 Services provided by Ameritech shall include delivery of Automatic Number Identification (ΑANI≅) to the PSAP, inclusion of TWC customer information in the Automatic Location Identification (ΑALI≅)/DMS database and the Selective Router (ΑSR≅) and all necessary dedicated trunking, and the charge provided in the Pricing Schedule.
XI.1.4 Ameritech shall provide to TWC at no charge an initial Address and Routing File and quarterly updates by NPA or county, as provided in the Pricing Schedule. 754828.2 111308 1852C 96252093
E911. 1. Access to E911 services shall be made available to CLEC’s end users. E911 service provides Automatic Number Identification (ANI) which displays the originating caller’s telephone number at the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) and Automatic Locator Identification (ALI) which displays the street address of the calling party on an ALI screen at the PSAP. CLEC will be responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable E911 surcharges on a per line basis to the PSAP as outlined in Schedule Cal. P.U.C. Tariff No. 9A.
E911. Provided that you subscribe to an Interconnected VoIP service offered by DIDCentral, the DIDCentral Network is able to deliver the address, name and phone number of your office to Emergency Services upon dialing 911. Enhanced 911, or E911, service is disabled by default and must be enabled by DIDCentral Support. Customer agrees to provide thirty (30) days’ notice to DIDCentral if it intends to use the DIDCentral Network for 911.
E911. (a) On or prior to the Second Closing Date, AWS and the AWS Contributing Entities, and Cingular and the Cingular Licensee, as the case may be, shall, in consultation with Triton, have arranged or be in the process of arranging deployment dates with the PSAPs that have submitted valid requests under FCC Law, as described in Section 8.6(e) of the AWS/Cingular Disclosure Memorandum. To the extent any valid Phase I or Phase II request remains pending for more than six months prior to the Second Closing Date, AWS and the AWS Contributing Entities, and Cingular and the Cingular Licensee, as the case may be, will, in consultation with Triton, arrange alternative deployment dates with the PSAPs as permitted under 47 C.F.R. § 20.18(j)(5). Moreover, AWS and the AWS Contributing Entities, and Cingular and the Cingular Licensee, as the case may be, will inform Triton on a monthly basis and at the Second Closing of any new alternative deployment dates and, within 15 calendar days of receipt, of any new Phase I or Phase II PSAP requests. If necessary, AWS and the AWS Contributing Entities, and Cingular and the Cingular Licensee, as the case may be, will, in consultation with Triton, request waiver of the relevant deployment deadline(s) for particular PSAPs prior to the Second Closing Date and deliver to Triton copies of each such waiver request.
(b) On or prior to the Second Closing Date, Triton and the Triton Contributing Entities shall, in consultation with Cingular and AWS, have arranged or be in the process of arranging deployment dates with the PSAPs that have submitted valid requests under FCC Law, as described in Section 9.6(e) of the Triton Disclosure Memorandum. To the extent any valid Phase I or Phase II request remains pending for more than six months prior to the Second Closing Date, Triton and the Triton Contributing Entities will, in consultation with Cingular and AWS, arrange alternative deployment dates with the PSAPs as permitted under 47 C.F.R. § 20.18(j)(5). E911. 11.1.1 CBT shall provide E9-1-1 Service to TWTC's Customers on the same basis that CBT provides E9-1-1 Service to its own Customers in the municipality where such E9- 1-1 Service is provided pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 11.1 in each Rate Center in which (i) TWTC is authorized to provide local exchange services and (ii) CBT is the E9-1-1 service provider.
E911. CenturyLink does not warrant e911 access though smart phone applications. You acknowledge and undersand that access to e911 is fully dependent on the wireless network through your wireless carrier and not the smart phone application. You further acknowledge and understand that you should use the "emergency call" function on your smart phone and not the smart phone application for emergency calling.
E911. Enhanced 911 (E-911) is a feature of Xxxxxxx Voice Service that allows emergency operators to automatically receive the telephone number and address of the dialing party.
i. The emergency service provider handling the E-911 call, and the address the emergency service provider will see, are linked to the service address Xxxxxxx has on file when the Subscriber originally signed up for service. If the Subscriber does not correctly identify where the Subscriber's ONT/MTA is actually located, or if the ONT/MTA is moved away from the original service address, the Subscriber's 911 calls may be misdirected to the wrong location or to the wrong emergency service provider. Subscriber agrees not to move the ONT/MTA from the service address at which it was installed by Xxxxxxx and acknowledges responsibility to promptly notify Xxxxxxx of any change in service address prior to moving the ONT/MTA.
E911. Fusion shall notify DFX when it believes DFX is required by Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) to offer E911 service to its Customers. DFX shall be responsible for the provision of E911 service to its Customers and for all E911 customer notice requirements and acknowledgments. For the avoidance of any doubt, notwithstanding Fusion’s obligation to notify DFX when it believes a particular services is subject to E911, the ultimate decision and responsibility to provide E911 shall be borne by DFX. At the request of Fusion, DFX shall provide evidence satisfactory to Fusion’s counsel of its compliance with the E911 regulations of the FCC. If DFX should request it, Fusion, through its E911 vendor, will provide E911 service on a resale basis to DFX’s Customers.
