East Campus. For East Campus housing, financial aid payments made by or on behalf of Licensee will be applied to tuition, student fees, and dining plan, and other fees. University will not make License Fee payments to Greystar for East Campus housing on behalf of the Licensee and will only apply funds to outstanding balances in the Licensee’s student account.

East Campus. Any parking spaces and driveways used by Licensee, or Licensee’s guests or invitees shall be used only for the parking of passenger automobiles or vehicles used for personal transportation of the Licensee. There shall be no parking of commercial trucks, trailers, recreational vehicles, or boats in any such space and any such vehicle whose ownership is unknown or which is not moved on demand may be towed away and stored at owner’s expense. Parking spaces, driveways or common areas shall not be used for painting or repair of vehicles. Storage of personal belongings/items in the parking areas, including driveways and common areas, is prohibited and will be removed by Greystar and University at the owner’s expense.
East Campus. Agreement to this License authorizes and directs the University to deduct payments from Licensee’s financial aid monies and assign such payments directly to University for any debt obligation of Licensee arising out of this License and shown in Licensee’s student account. Licensee shall receive any remaining balance after all outstanding University fees, including dining plan fees, but not including housing fees, have been paid. Payments made by or on behalf of Licensee will be applied in this order to University-held debts on Licensee’s student account, to tuition and student fees, then dining plan fees. For East Campus housing, University will not make License Fee payments to Greystar for East Campus housing on behalf of the Licensee and will only apply funds to outstanding balances in the Licensee’s student account.
East Campus. Residents approved to reside in East Campus units during the summer will continue to pay the Spring 2024 monthly rate through July 31, 2024. Summer residents that will continue to reside in their current space for Fall will have their Fall housing rate start on August 1, 2024.

  • Fitness Center Subject to the provisions of this Section, so long as Tenant is not in Default under this Lease, and provided Tenant’s employees execute a standard waiver of liability form used at the Fitness Center (hereinafter defined) and pay the applicable one time or monthly fee, then Tenant’s employees (the “Fitness Center Users”) shall be entitled to use the KINETIC fitness center (the “Fitness Center”) in the building located at 600 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx. The use of the Fitness Center shall be subject to the rules and regulations (including rules regarding hours of use) established from time to time by the Fitness Center operator. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the use of the Fitness Center by the Fitness Center Users shall be at their own risk. Tenant acknowledges that the provisions of this Section shall not be deemed to be a representation by Landlord that the Fitness Center (or any other fitness facility) shall be continuously operated and maintained throughout the Term of this Lease, and no termination of Tenant’s or the Fitness Center Users’ rights to the Fitness Center shall entitle Tenant to an abatement or reduction in Basic Rent, constitute a constructive eviction, or result in an event of default by Landlord under this Lease. Tenant hereby voluntarily releases, discharges, waives and relinquishes any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury or property damage occurring to Tenant or its employees or agents arising as a result of the use of the Fitness Center, or any activities incidental thereto, wherever or however the same may occur, and further agrees that Tenant will not prosecute any claim for personal injury or property damage against Landlord or any of its officers, agents, servants or employees for any said causes of action. It is the intention of Tenant with respect to the Fitness Center to exempt and relieve Landlord from liability for personal injury or property damage caused by negligence. Tenant’s rights hereunder to permit its employees to use the Fitness Center shall belong solely to Tenant and may not be transferred or assigned without Landlord’s prior written consent, which may be withheld by Landlord in Landlord’s sole discretion.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Digital Health The HSP agrees to: (a) assist the LHIN to implement provincial Digital Health priorities for 2017-18 and thereafter in accordance with the Accountability Agreement, as may be amended or replaced from time to time; (b) comply with any technical and information management standards, including those related to data, architecture, technology, privacy and security set for health service providers by MOHLTC or the LHIN within the timeframes set by MOHLTC or the LHIN as the case may be; (c) implement and use the approved provincial Digital Health solutions identified in the LHIN Digital Health plan; (d) implement technology solutions that are compatible or interoperable with the provincial blueprint and with the LHIN Cluster Digital Health plan; and (e) include in its annual Planning Submissions, plans for achieving Digital Health priority initiatives.

  • Company Car Throughout the term of this Agreement, Employee shall be entitled to the exclusive use of a company car of at least the same type and quality as that furnished to Employee as of the date of this Agreement. Employer shall replace such company car from time to time with new vehicles, such that the company car provided to Employee shall at no time be older than two (2) years. All expenses of maintenance, operation and insurance shall be paid by Employer or reimbursed by Employer to Employee.

  • Mobility The ability to move indoors from room to room on level surfaces at the normal place of residence.

  • Cornerstone shall notify the LLC and confirm such advice in writing (i) when the filing of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement or supplement to the Prospectus is required, when the same is filed and, in the case of the Registration Statement and any post-effective amendment, when the same becomes effective, (ii) of any request by the Securities and Exchange Commission for any amendment of or supplement to the Registration Statement or the Prospectus or for additional information and (iii) of the entry of any stop order suspending the effectiveness of the Registration Statement or the initiation or threatening of any proceedings for that purpose, and, if such stop order shall be entered, Cornerstone shall use its best efforts promptly to obtain the lifting thereof.

  • Cloud storage DSHS Confidential Information requires protections equal to or greater than those specified elsewhere within this exhibit. Cloud storage of Data is problematic as neither DSHS nor the Contractor has control of the environment in which the Data is stored. For this reason: (1) DSHS Data will not be stored in any consumer grade Cloud solution, unless all of the following conditions are met: (a) Contractor has written procedures in place governing use of the Cloud storage and Contractor attests in writing that all such procedures will be uniformly followed. (b) The Data will be Encrypted while within the Contractor network. (c) The Data will remain Encrypted during transmission to the Cloud. (d) The Data will remain Encrypted at all times while residing within the Cloud storage solution. (e) The Contractor will possess a decryption key for the Data, and the decryption key will be possessed only by the Contractor and/or DSHS. (f) The Data will not be downloaded to non-authorized systems, meaning systems that are not on either the DSHS or Contractor networks. (g) The Data will not be decrypted until downloaded onto a computer within the control of an Authorized User and within either the DSHS or Contractor’s network. (2) Data will not be stored on an Enterprise Cloud storage solution unless either: (a) The Cloud storage provider is treated as any other Sub-Contractor, and agrees in writing to all of the requirements within this exhibit; or, (b) The Cloud storage solution used is FedRAMP certified. (3) If the Data includes protected health information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Cloud provider must sign a Business Associate Agreement prior to Data being stored in their Cloud solution.
