EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION INCENTIVE PAY. a. Effective upon adoption of this Agreement by the Board of Supervisors, regular employees in the job classes listed below will become eligible for education and/or certification incentives beginning the first biweekly pay period after submission of evidence of eligibility to the person designated by the appointing authority.
