EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. (Applicable only to the Research Technologist and Research Technologist Supervisor bargaining units) The University encourages all departments/grants with individuals employed in this bargaining unit to provide as much support for Continuing Education as budgets will permit. The University recognizes the crucial contribution made by all bargaining unit members, and that Continuing Education assists staff in increasing the level of skill and knowledge they bring to their chosen fields.
