Education and training activities at the initiative of the enterprise If the enterprise demands that an employee participate in training activities that are not covered by the provisions of clause 36.4(A), (B) and C), the employee is entitled to the standard pay laid down in the collective agreement (see clause 36.3), but without any supplement that may apply according to clause 5.2 and clause 3.1 of the Multi-Union Agreement on Shift Work. If an employee participates in statutory continuing education and training for professional drivers because such training is necessary for the employee to perform his or her job, the employee will be paid the standard wages laid down in the collective agreement; see clause 36.4(C).
Education and training activities. The KIC runs education and training activities with strong entrepreneurship and innovation components to train the next generation of talents. The KIC designs and implements education programmes, in particular at master, doctoral and professional levels, which may be labelled in line with the EIT Label framework adopted by the EIT.

If an employee participates in statutory continuing education and training for professional drivers because such training is necessary for the employee to perform his or her job, the employee will be paid the standard wages laid down in the collective agreement; see clause 28.4(C).
Education and training activities. 1. The Recipient shall plan and implement one (1) HSHT Annual Training Event for the sites funded by Vocational Rehabilitation. This unit is valued at $1,000.00 for all sites. Financial Consequence: At the end of the Agreement period, if the Recipient did not meet the agreed upon number of units/or activities, one (1) HSHT Training Event for the above referenced HSHT sites, the final invoice will be reduced by $1,000.00.
