Education Credits. Rules regarding education credits for placement on the Salary Schedule will be those used by the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction for placement on the State Salary Schedule. Certificates, college transcripts, and required letters of substantiation from authorities involved must reach the District's Human Resources Office by October 15 to be applied to salary placement for the year, unless the employee's contract becomes effective after the first day of school, in which case the necessary documents shall reach the District's Human Resources Office within forty-five (45) days of the issue date of the contract.
