Common use of Education Specialist and Doctorate Degree Stipends Clause in Contracts

Education Specialist and Doctorate Degree Stipends. Additional salary compensation for Educational Specialist degrees and Doctoral degrees will not be available to new employees hired after 12-31-14. OEA employees hired prior to 12-31-14 will be eligible for compensation adjustments for attaining an Education Specialist degree or Doctorate if transcripts are dated and received by Human Resources no later than June 30, 2017. Education Specialist and Doctorate degrees attained beyond 06-30-17 will not be eligible for additional compensation.
