Common use of Educational Credits Clause in Contracts

Educational Credits. Employees shall advance (when educational credits/clock hours earned make them eligible) to the next higher vertical column(s), provided that the credits and/or acceptable clock hour equivalents meet the requirements set in 3b above. Ten (10) clock hours is equal to one (1) credit for salary schedule placement or movement. All acceptable clock hours must be provided by an OSPI approved clock hour provider.
