Educational Development. (a) Where the Employer requires a nurse to attend educational conferences, workshops, programs or seminars during working hours, the Employer shall pay registration or tuition fees, and approved expenses and shall ensure that the nurse suffers no loss of salary. (b) Where the Employer requires a nurse to attend educational conferences, workshops, programs or seminars during non- working time, the Employer shall pay registration or tuition fees, and approved expenses and shall pay for the time of such attendance at straight time rates.
