Educational Service Provider Credentials. The Provider asserts that it meets and agrees to continue to meet, all state licensing standards for childcare facilities in Texas under Texas Human Resources Code Section 42.042 and applicable provisions of the Texas Administrative Code. By executing this Agreement, Provider also verifies that it is a provider as set forth in this Agreement’s Recitals. Provider shall immediately notify Dallas ISD if Provider’s license or accreditation is revoked, withdrawn, or reduced, and the parties agree that this Agreement may be terminated at the sole discretion of Dallas ISD upon such loss of such accreditation, licensure, certification, or designation. Provider shall provide Dallas ISD with a copy of its current license on request.

Educational Service Provider Credentials. The Provider acknowledges and agrees it is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the National Accreditation Commission (NAC), the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA) to provide daily instruction; or Provider is accredited by a state agency to provide daily instruction and ISD has acknowledged such accreditation is acceptable to it; Provider has Four Star certification under the Texas Rising Star Program for childcare providers; or Provider is an authorized Head Start site. The Provider asserts that it meets and agrees to continue to meet, all state licensing standards for child care facilities in Texas under Texas Human Resources Code Section 42.042 and applicable provisions of the Texas Administrative Code. Provider shall immediately notify ISD if Provider’s accreditation is revoked or withdrawn, and the parties agree that this Contract may be terminated at the sole discretion of ISD upon such loss of accreditation or loss of authorization to serve as a Head Start site. .
