Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
Educator Plans: Improvement Plan A) An Improvement Plan is for those Educators with PTS whose overall rating is unsatisfactory.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:
Contractor Cooperation CONTRACTOR shall actively participate and cooperate with County, State and/or federal representatives in the monitoring, assessment and evaluation processes, including making any program and any administrative staff (fiscal, etc.) available at the request of such representatives.
Educator Plans: Developing Educator Plan A) The Developing Educator Plan is for all Educators without PTS, and, at the discretion of the Evaluator, Educators with PTS in new assignments.
School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.
STUDENTS AND BUSINESS APPRENTICES A student or business apprentice who is present in a Contracting State solely for the purpose of his education or training and who is, or immediately before being so present was, a resident of the other Contracting State, shall be exempt from tax in the first-mentioned State on payments received from outside that first-mentioned State for the purposes of his maintenance, education or training.
For Product Development Projects and Project Demonstrations Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name. Estimated or actual energy and cost savings, and estimated statewide energy savings once market potential has been realized. Identify all assumptions used in the estimates. Greenhouse gas and criteria emissions reductions. Other non-energy benefits such as reliability, public safety, lower operational cost, environmental improvement, indoor environmental quality, and societal benefits. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.
Solicitations for Subcontractors, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the contractor of the contractor's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, age, and disability/handicap.
Transporting Students Teachers shall not be required to transport a student in a private vehicle on behalf of the school.
