Contractor Cooperation. CONTRACTOR shall actively participate and cooperate with County, State and/or federal representatives in the monitoring, assessment and evaluation processes, including making any program and any administrative staff (fiscal, etc.) available at the request of such representatives.

Contractor Cooperation. In connection with its performance under this Agreement, Contractor will promptly execute or obtain the execution of documents and take such actions as reasonably requested by YHI to accomplish the intentions of the parties under this Agreement.
Contractor Cooperation. (a) Contractor agrees to conduct all of its services under this Contract by and through appropriate communications with the Contract Administrator. No work, installation or other services shall be undertaken by Contractor except with the prior written direction of the Contract Administrator. (b) Contractor understands and agrees that work, installation or any other service performed without the prior written direction of the Contract Administrator is work outside the scope of this Contract and shall be performed exclusively at Contractor's risk. (c) Contractor agrees to employ competent personnel meeting the requirements outlined in the specifications, who shall be satisfactory to TFC. Personnel assigned to perform services under this Contract may not be reassigned without the prior written approval by the Contract Administrator. TFC may request that Contractor replace unsatisfactory personnel, which request shall not be unreasonably denied. (d) Contractor agrees to cooperate and coordinate its work with that of other Contractors retained by owner. Upon discovery of an apparent conflict in the sequencing of work with another Contractor, Contractor shall report the concern to the Contract Administrator who will resolve the conflict.

Upon discovery of an apparent conflict in the sequencing of work with another contractor, Contractor shall report the concern to TFC’s TFC Contract Administrator who will resolve the conflict.
Contractor Cooperation. Contractor shall cooperate and provide County all information requested by County for the purpose of submitting legally-required reports or forms to state or federal agencies including, without limitation, the Internal Revenue Service and the Colorado Department of Revenue.

Contractor Cooperation. The Contractor shall work with and exchange information with such entities or individuals in connection with the Services as the Trust shall designate from time to time, and agrees to meet with such entities or individuals at such times as the Trust may require in order to maintain an ongoing review process to expedite determinations and approvals required to be made in connection with the Services.
Contractor Cooperation. Contractor shall cooperate in good faith with and support Customer in the following areas: • Coordination of the Launch Services and associated planning activities with Customer’s Satellite manufacturing Associate Contractor; • Preparation and presentation of technical briefings associated with Customer’s procurement of Launch and In-Orbit Insurance, if procured by Customer, including any claims pursued by Customer thereunder; • Registration of the Satellites in accordance with the United Nations Convention on Registration of Objects Launched into Outer Space; and • Debt or equity financing activities associated with the cost of the Launch Services.
Contractor Cooperation. All Contractor personnel, including the personnel of its subcontractor and agents, will be subject to security background checks and clearances by the Agency. In each instance, the individual and the Contractor will provide such cooperation as may be reasonably required to complete the security check. The Agency agrees to perform such security checks in a timely manner and not unduly delay such checks.
