EEO Certification. (09/17) Contractor shall be certified as an Equal Employment Opportunity Affirmative Action Employer as prescribed by Chapter 5.33.076 of the Code of the City of Portland and maintain its certification throughout the term of this Contract.
EEO Certification. The Consultant must be certified prior to Contract execution, as Equal Employment Opportunity Affirmative Action Employers as prescribed by Chapter 5.33.076 of the Code of the City of Portland.
EEO Certification. In the event Consultant provides in excess of $2,500.00 for services to the City in any fiscal year, Consultant shall obtain EEO certification from the City.
EEO Certification. Developer certifies that, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, Developer does not discriminate against employees or applicants based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, age, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or source of income; solicit or consider employment recommendations based on factors other than personal knowledge or records of job- related abilities or characteristics; coerce the political activity of any person; deceive or willfully obstruct anyone from competing for employment; influence anyone to withdraw from competition for any position so as to improve or injure the employment prospects of any other person; give improper preference or advantage to anyone so as to improve or injure the employment prospects of that person or any other employee or applicant.
EEO Certification. Developer shall comply with PDC’s EEO Certification Program in effect at the Effective Date described in Attachment C of the Fair Contracting Guideline Index, Exhibit D, and made a part hereof, by requiring its contractors and subcontractors to comply with such Program.
EEO Certification. Developer shall comply with the City’s EEO Certification Program by including provisions in its contract with its General Contractor that require the General Contractor to comply with the EEO Certification Program and otherwise causing its General Contractor, and the subcontractors thereof, to comply with the EEO Certification Program. Developer shall also comply with all portions of the EEO Certification Program applicable directly to Developer and with all applicable provisions of Federal or state statutes and regulations and City ordinances concerning equal employment opportunities for persons engaged in the Project. The failure of Developer or Developer’s General Contractor, or the subcontractors thereof, to comply with the EEO Certification Program or other applicable equal employment opportunity law shall not constitute a breach of a material provision of this Agreement.
EEO Certification. CO-PACKER has executed an EEO Compliance Certificate, which terms are incorporated within this Agreement by reference. CO-PACKER will be required to execute an EEO Compliance Certificate each year hereafter on or around January 1st while this Agreement is in effect upon receipt of the certification form from XXXXXX'X.
EEO Certification. Maintain compliance with Chapter 3.100 of the City Code pertaining to equal employment opportunity.
EEO Certification. Prior to executing this Agreement, Vendor shall obtain certification as an Equal Employment Opportunity Affirmative Action Employer as prescribed by Portland City Code Chapter 3.100 by filing necessary documentation with the Bureau of Purchases.
