EFFECT OF ABSENCE ON SICK LEAVE, VACATIONS AND STATUTORY HOLIDAYS. 22.01 Regular employees shall earn vacation, sick leave and statutory holidays while they are in receipt of paid sick leave, provided the absence from work with pay does not exceed six (6) consecutive months.
