Effect of Expiration or Earlier Termination. For the avoidance of doubt, the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement shall not relieve Licensee of its obligation to account for and make payment to WU of any amount due hereunder that accrued during the Term, including, without limitation, any royalties and amounts under Sections 9.2 and 13.2 above.
Effect of Expiration or Earlier Termination. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, no party shall have any further obligations hereunder except for: (a) obligations accruing prior to the date of expiration or termination; and (b) obligations, promises or covenants contained herein which are expressly made to extend beyond the Term. In the event of any termination of this Agreement, Saint Luke’s shall pay to Company all accrued but unpaid Fees due to Company under this Agreement that are due and owing as of the date of termination.

(a) In any event, no expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement shall prejudice the right of either party hereto to recover any payment due at the time of termination, cancelation or expiration (or any payment accruing as a result thereof), nor shall it prejudice any cause of action or claim of either party hereto accrued or to accrue by reason of any breach or default by the other party hereto. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, (i) Recipient shall immediately cease use of all Services and (ii) each party will return or destroy the Confidential Information of the other party.
