EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION AND PERIODIC REVIEW OF THE MOU. 19.1 Effective Date of MOU a) This MOU takes effect on the date it is signed by the parties. It expires on the earlier of: i. a date five years from the day it is entered into, unless renewed before that day for another five years; or ii. the date a new MOU takes effect replacing it, but may continue in effect temporarily pending approval and signature of a new MOU; provided that this MOU continues in effect, despite its expiry, until it is renewed or replaced. b) Without affecting the expiry date of this MOU, i. the Minister and Executive Chair may amend this MOU, or any part of it, by written agreement; and ii. either the Minister or the Executive Chair may initiate a review of this MOU by notifying the other by letter. c) If a new Minister or Executive Chair takes office during the term of this MOU, the Minister and Executive Chair shall either: i. each affirm that this MOU shall continue in force, with or without amendment, for the duration of its term; or ii. agree to review and revise the MOU. d) This MOU shall undergo a full review: i. immediately upon any significant change to the constituent tribunals’ mandates, powers or governance structure as a result of amendments to the legislative authority for SLASTO and its constituent tribunals, or any other act, and ii. at least once before it expires. e) This MOU replaces all existing MOUs with the policy ministries involving the constituent tribunals in SLASTO.

EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION AND PERIODIC REVIEW OF THE MOU a. This MOU becomes effective on the date it is signed by the Minister as the last party to execute it (“Original Effective Date”) and continues in effect until it is revoked or replaced by a subsequent MOU signed by the parties. b. This MOU, per ATAGAA, expires five (5) years after the day it is effective, and may be renewed before that day for another five (5) years. This MOU will continue in force after its expiry until it is replaced or renewed. c. A copy of this signed XXX and any successor MOU must be provided to the Secretary, TB/MBC. d. The Minister and the Chair shall review the MOU within six (6) months after there is a change in the responsible Minister or the Chair of the Board and, in any event, at least once before it expires. e. Without affecting the effective date of this MOU, either the Minister or Chair may initiate a review of this MOU by written request to the other. f. After any review of this MOU, the Minister and Chair will either affirm by letter whether the MOU will continue in force without amendments or alternatively, they may agree to revise it. g. A copy of the letter of affirmation or a new MOU between the Minister and Chair must be provided to the Secretary, TB/MBC within six months of the affirmation or revision. h. If either of the parties deems it expedient to amend this MOU, they may do so only in writing. Any amendment shall only be effective after approval by the parties. i. A full review and replacement of this MOU will be conducted prior to its expiry not more than five (5) years following the date it came into effect, or immediately in the event of a significant change to the Board’s mandate, powers or governance structure as a result of an amendment to the Act and any other applicable legislation. j. Subject to any further written agreements or updates, the parties agree that this MOU entered into between them will satisfy the requirements of section 11 of the ATAGAA.

  • Effective Date and Duration When all Parties have executed this Grant, and all necessary approvals have been obtained (“Executed Date”), this Grant is effective and has a Grant funding start date as of July 1, 2020 (“Effective Date”), and, unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, will expire on June 30, 2021.

The only provisions of this Agreement applying to temporary and casual employees are outlined in this Schedule B. 1. Article 5 - Maintenance of Membership 2. Temporary employees shall be paid within the range according to their salary grade. Payment above these minimums shall be at the discretion of the Company. 3. A temporary employee as defined in Article 1.3 who is appointed to a Regular Full-Time or Part-Time position as defined in Articles 1.1 and 1.2 shall have his/her seniority recognized from the date the employee was first hired provided that there is no interruption of service. 4.   • Effective Date; Duration This Agreement shall become effective when signed by both parties and approved by the City’s legal counsel. Unless sooner terminated, this Agreement shall expire on June 30, 2019. Termination or expiration shall not extinguish or prejudice the City’s right to enforce this Agreement with respect to any default or defect in performance that has not been cured.

  • Effective Date Duration and Renewal This Agreement shall become effective as of May 1, 2010.   • COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION 3.1 This Agreement will commence on the 1 July 2019 and will remain in force until 30 June 2020, after which a new Performance Agreement and Performance Plan shall be concluded between the parties for the next financial year or any portion thereof. 3.2 The parties will review the provisions of this Agreement during June each year. The parties will conclude a new Performance Agreement and Performance Plan that replaces this Agreement at least once a year by not later than the beginning of each successive financial year. 3.3 This Agreement will terminate on the termination of the Employee’s contract of employment for any reason. 3.4 The content of this Agreement may be revised at any time during the above-mentioned period to determine the applicability of the matters agreed upon. 3.5 If at any time during the validity of this Agreement the work environment alters (whether as a result of government or council decisions or otherwise) to the extent that the contents of this Agreement are no longer appropriate, the contents shall immediately be revised.

  • Entry into force and duration 1. This Agreement shall enter into force one month after the date of exchange of the instruments of ratification by the Contracting Parties. The Agreement shall remain in force for a period of ten years. Unless notice of termination is given by either Contracting Party at least six months before the expiry of its period of validity, this Agreement shall be tacitly extended each time for a further period of ten years, it being understood that each Contracting Party reserves the right to terminate the Agreement by notification given at least six months before the date of expiry of the current period of validity. 2. Investments made prior to the date of termination of this Agreement shall be covered by this Agreement for a period of ten years from the date of termination.

This Agreement will automatically and immediately terminate in the event of AFD’s expulsion or suspension by the NASD.

  • Effective Date; Duration; Continuance (a) This Agreement shall become effective on January 1, 2020.   • Modifications and Updates to the Wire Center List and Subsequent Transition Periods 5.4.6.1 In the event AT&T identifies additional wire centers that meet the criteria set forth in Sections 5.4.2.1 or 5.4.2.2 above, but that were not included in the Master List of Unimpaired Wire Centers or AT&T’s List of Unimpaired Wire Centers, AT&T shall include such additional wire centers in a CNL. Each such list of additional wire centers shall be considered a Subsequent Wire Center List. AT&T will follow any limitations on the frequency with which it may issue such lists and notification procedures set forth in applicable Commission orders. 5.4.6.2 TWTC shall have thirty (30) business days to dispute the additional wire centers listed on AT&T’s CNL. Absent such dispute, effective thirty (30) business days after the date of a AT&T CNL providing a Subsequent Wire Center List, AT&T shall not be required to provide DS1 and DS3 Dedicated Transport, as applicable, in such additional wire center(s), except pursuant to the self-certification process as set forth in Section 1.9.1 of this Attachment. 5.4.6.3 For purposes of Section 5.4.6.1 above, AT&T shall make available DS1 and DS3 Dedicated Transport that were in service for TWTC in a wire center on the Subsequent Wire Center List as of the thirtieth (30th) business day after the date of AT&T’s CNL identifying the Subsequent Wire Center List (Subsequent Embedded Base) until one hundred eighty (180) days after the thirtieth (30th) business day Version: 4Q06 Standard ICA 11/30/06 from the date of AT&T’s CNL identifying the Subsequent Wire Center List (Subsequent Transition Period). 5.4.6.4 The rates set forth in Exhibit B shall apply to the Subsequent Embedded Base during the Subsequent Transition Period. 5.4.6.5 No later than one hundred eighty (180) days from AT&T’s CNL identifying the Subsequent Wire Center List, TWTC shall submit an LSR(s) or spreadsheet(s) as applicable, identifying the Subsequent Embedded Base of circuits to be disconnected or converted to other AT&T services. 5.4.6.5.1 In the case of disconnection, the applicable disconnect charges set forth in this Agreement shall apply. 5.4.6.5.2 If TWTC chooses to convert DS1 and/or DS3 Dedicated Transport to special access circuits in existence as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, AT&T will include such DS1 and/or DS3 Dedicated Transport within TWTC’s total special access circuits, and apply any discounts to which TWTC is entitled from the transition period of 3/11/2006 to the conversion date. Conversions will be subject to the switch-as-is charge set forth in Exhibit A to this Attachment 2. 5.4.6.5.3 AT&T shall not impose disconnect or nonrecurring installation charges when transitioning the Subsequent Embedded Base of DS1 and DS3 Dedicated Transport in existence as of the Effective Date of this Agreement. 5.4.6.6 If TWTC fails to submit the LSR(s) or spreadsheet(s) for all of its Subsequent Embedded Base by one hundred eighty (180) days after the date of AT&T’s CNL identifying the Subsequent Wire Center List, AT&T will identify TWTC’s remaining Subsequent Embedded Base, if any, and will transition such circuits to the equivalent tariffed AT&T service(s), or in the case of Georgia, to the equivalent 271 service(s) set forth in Exhibit 1. In the states of Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi and South Carolina, those circuits identified and transitioned by AT&T shall be subject to the applicable disconnect charges as set forth in this Agreement and the full nonrecurring charges for installation of the equivalent tariffed AT&T service as set forth in AT&T’s tariffs. In the states of Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee, those circuits identified and transitioned by AT&T shall be subject to the applicable switch-as-is rates set forth in Exhibit A of Attachment

  • ENTRY INTO FORCE AND DURATION OF MOBILITY 2.1 The agreement shall enter into force on the date when the last of the two parties signs.
