EFFECTIVE DATE AND TIME OF PERFORMANCE. A. This Contract shall take effect upon execution by the parties and will terminate upon approval of final Project closeout by the Department, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Contract. The specific activities to be performed by the Grantee will be completed according to the Project Request, Implementation Schedule, and Budget to be submitted by Grantee and approved by the Department.

If reimbursement is allowed, reimbursement for already expended costs is limited to only those costs allowed by 24 CFR 200(h).
