Effective the first full pay period in July 2024the Authority shall increase the top step of the salary range for sworn employees by six percent (6.0%).
Effective the first full pay period after January 1, 2021 the preceptor rate shall be increased to two dollars ($2.00) an 45 hour. An employee will be paid a two dollar ($2.00) per hour differential during the time they are orienting new employees. The length of the orientation period is variable depending on the orientee’s needs and progress. The orientee will not be counted as patient care staff during his/her orientation period.
Effective the first full pay period following January 1, 2019, each bargaining unit employee holding the job title of Teacher or Teacher Assistant shall receive a four percent (4%) increase in his/her respective, then-current hourly base rate of a pay.
Effective the second year of the Agreement, Employees with eighteen (18) years of seniority, but less than twenty (20) years of seniority as of their anniversary date, five (5) weeks with vacation pay of ten percent (10%)
