Elected Position. An employee shall, upon application at least thirty (30) days in advance (more where possible), be granted leave of absence without pay to hold a full-time elected Union office. The leave may be extended as long as the employee holds that position, and with the provision that the employee gives thirty (30) days' notice of return to work.
