Election Respecting Compensation. (a) Subject to the provisions of Section 7.8 respecting the accumulation of overtime, every employee who is entitled to compensation pursuant to Sections 7.3 to 7.6 and paragraphs 8.2(b) and 8.2(c) shall elect either to be paid or to receive time off in lieu thereof, provided that in respect of working overtime or on a public holiday, the election shall be made at the time such compensation is earned, and in respect of compensation pursuant to paragraph 8.2(c), the election shall be made as soon as reasonably possible. (b) Time off in lieu of payment for overtime shall be taken by the employee entitled thereto at a time which is mutually acceptable to the employee and the Employer.   • Extra Compensation The Board shall pay no fees, other than described above, to the PA/E unless authorized by the Board as follows: A. If the scope of the Project or site is changed, the Board and the PA/E shall negotiate a reasonable fee based upon the probable estimated construction cost in changing the scope of the work and the approximate percentage of the estimated construction cost which was used to negotiate this Agreement if, and, as such may be applicable. B. If the DOE or Board requires the PA/E to make major or costly changes to the Schematic, Preliminary or Construction Document Phase submittals, which changes are not caused by architectural or engineering error or oversight, the PA/E shall be paid to redesign for additional expenses in an amount agreed to by the parties. Under no circumstances will the principals of the PA/E and the principals of his consultants be paid a fee in excess of $125.00 per hour.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.

  • Servicer Compensation The Servicer shall withdraw its Servicing Fee for each Mortgage Loan net of any Month End Interest payable pursuant to Section 7.6.1 from the related Custodial P&I Account prior to the remittance of such amounts to the Certificate Account with all other payments received with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Management Compensation As compensation for your services in the management of the offering, we will pay you an amount equal to the management fee specified in the Invitation in respect of the Securities to be purchased by us pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, and we authorize you to charge our account with such amount.
