Accumulation of Overtime. (a) Time accumulated in respect of any of the premium payments specified in this Section 7 or in Section 8.2 is to be accumulated in one "bank".
(b) Subject to paragraph (d) below, there shall be no maximum accumulation in the "bank" during any calendar year.
(c) Subject to paragraph (f) below, on or before February 28 in each calendar year a member may convert any portion of their accumulated time off in blocks of 40 hours to a maximum of 120 hours into scheduled CTO, to be taken in accordance with paragraph (e) below.
(d) On the last day of the pay period ending on or after February 28 of each year, a member's balance as at December 31 of the immediately preceding year shall be reduced to 120 hours by paying the rates in effect as at December 31 of the immediately preceding year, it being understood that the December 31 balance shall be reduced by all hours taken as time off up to and including the last day of the pay period ending on or after February 28 and all hours scheduled as cumulative time off (scheduled CTO) and the residual December 31 balance exceeding one hundred twenty (120) hours paid out.
(e) Scheduled CTO shall be scheduled off in blocks of 40 hours. The signup shall occur each year immediately following the annual leave signup using any vacant space on the annual leave signup sheets, subject to the same restrictions, and in the same manner.
(f) No member shall defer any annual leave in a year in which scheduled CTO is taken.
(g) If the number of hours of overtime that a member has accumulated does not exceed 40 the member may convert 1 (one) week of their annual leave to overtime and add it to the member's accumulated overtime, but such conversion may be made only once annually by a member.
(h) When a member is required to attend Court while on a week of scheduled CTO, such time off shall be considered as annual leave for all purposes relating to the Court appearance.
(i) When a member is required to report for work while on a week of scheduled CTO, the member shall be compensated at the rate of a minimum of 20 hours for each day so called out.
(j) A member who has completed 5 or more years' continuous service may convert up to 40 hours of accumulated gratuity credits to overtime and add them to the member's accumulated overtime, but such conversion may be made only once annually by a member.
(k) Upon promotion, the Employer shall have the option of reducing a member's banked overtime to 80 hours by paying out the amount in excess of 80 ...
Accumulation of Overtime. Food Service employees in secondary schools and Central Kitchen--refer to Supplement 1.
Accumulation of Overtime. Accumulation and Banking of Overtime, of Part I of this Agreement shall apply to Members covered by this Part II, except that in subsection 10.4(a) the maximum accumulation of overtime or Court time shall be 24 hours.
Accumulation of Overtime. Employees will be allowed to accumulate in an Bank, to a of ten (10) days, or eighty (80) hours. The City allow employees to use the overtime banked based on a revolving bank, whereby once the maximum hours permitted are banked, the entire bank does not have to be used before additional overtime can be banked. shift operators will be permitted to bank up to one hundred and twenty (120) hours during the winter shift schedule, provided that hours banked In excess of eighty (80) hours are used prior to July in the year in which the hours were banked. Any hours in excess of eighty hours, which are not used by July will be paid out.
Accumulation of Overtime. Effective the date of ratification of this Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to amend Article 7.8(e) to read as follows:
Accumulation of Overtime. Employees may decide to accumulate overtime earnings in preference to normal payout for de- layed payout during the first eleven (1l) months of a calendar year. It is the responsibility of the em- ployee to advise their supervisor of their choice. Employees will be allowed to bank overtime hours up to a maximum of eighty (80) hours. Inc. Requests for payout of accumulated overtime earnings shall be submitted in writing with not less than five (5) working days notice. Such requests may be accom- panied by a request for a leave of absence, in which case the advance notice required will be ten (10) work- ing days. For Outside Workers, such leave of absence must be taken in blocks of forty (40) hours. For Inside Workers, such leave of absence must be taken in blocks of seven (7) or seven and one-half (7 hours. Such time off will not create any overtime for other em- ployees. The Employer will endeavour to accommo- date such requests for leave. Any, or all, accumulated overtime earnings not previ- ously scheduled for payment on record at December 1st in each year, will be paid to the employee concerned on the regular pay day nearest to December
Accumulation of Overtime. Employees shall be allowed to accumulate overtime in an Overtime Bank, provided that the accumulated credits do not exceed a balance of eighty (80) hours at any time. The cut-off date for the accumulation of banked overtime shall be December 31st in any year. Banked overtime credits accumulated shall be cleared prior to the cut-off date of the last pay period of the following year. Any banked overtime credits remaining at the cut-off date of the last pay period in any year shall be paid out on the final pay period in each year.
Accumulation of Overtime. Employees will be allowed to bank overtime hours up to a maximum of forty (40) hours total per calendar year. Use of banked overtime will be approved at their Supervisor’s discretion and any banked overtime not used by December 31st of each year will be paid out to the affected Employee. Banked overtime will be calculated at the overtime rate in effect. Banked overtime cannot be accumulated after November 1 and must be scheduled for use by November 30th. SECTION 11: ON-CALL AND MINIMUM CALL-OUT
11.01 The Employer maintains five (5) Service Response Districts known as the Ajax, Clarington, Belleville, Xxxxx and Gravenhurst Districts. These Districts may be changed as the Employer’s business changes and grows. District Service Centres are located within the Service Response District in locations as may be determined by the Employer from time to time. In the event that the Employer determines that one of the current District Service Centres may move/close or relocate any of its workgroups, the Union and the Employer will meet to discuss the affects of this change to ensure a smooth transition, however, the Employer reserves the right to make these changes.
11.02 Qualified Employees shall be required to perform on-call duty on a rotating weekly basis in one assigned Service Response District. The on-call rotation will be posted by the Employer in a conspicuous place three (3) months prior to the on-call duty.
11.03 Payment for call out work shall be based on the actual time the Employees leave their place of residence to the time the Employees return to the assigned Service Response District after completion of the call out work.
11.04 Employees designated for on-call duty will be paid at the rate of

Food Service employees in the secondary schools and in the Central Kitchen who require a few minutes beyond their regularly scheduled hours of work to complete their assignments shall log this time. When one (1) hour of overtime has been accumulated, the employee shall be paid for that hour at the overtime rate of time and one-half (1- 1/2).
Accumulation of Overtime. In the event that the Employer and employee agree that the employee shall "bank" overtime hours worked, as above, the following rules shall apply:
a) the employee shall be permitted to bank a maximum of 35 hours of straight time for the purpose of having time off in lieu of overtime;
b) such time off shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time within three (3) months of the work week in which the overtime war earned or, by mutual agreement, within twelve (12) months of that work week;
c) Because of scheduling difficulties if such leave can not be taken within the prescribed time, the time in question will be paid out.
