Election Support. The Dominion project team will develop a customized support plan to meet the needs of the GASOS and counties for the November 2019 Pilot elections through the 2020 election cycle. This plan will include technical support for GASOS and counties on election night including the day before to the day after the election. This support plan defines the number of Dominion staff required in the field on election day as well. Dominion’s on-site support resources have the necessary skills to assist the State to ensure the polling location opens in a timely fashion and that the equipment functions properly. In addition, a key role for the on-site support resource is to assist the State and counties with polling place closing, tabulation and results reporting. Dominion’s active voting support strategy will be customized to meet the State’s and counties specific needs.
Election Support. The County Clerk will provide support to the Election Officer via telephone, email or in person throughout the Election process and during all ballot-counting procedures for the Election.
Election Support. 1.6.11.1 Assist in the coordination of municipal and special elections as required, including but not limited to addressing polling station issues, preparation of ballot questions, or other related issues arising from election matters.
