1. Electrical Contractor has a project manager with at least 5 years of experience directly related to the management of SCADA system installations for water and wastewater municipalities and a history of working with the Control System Supplier.
2. Resume with at least three references and working history with CSS.
3. Has been engaged in similar electrical contracting for the Municipal Water and Wastewater Industry.
4. Has successfully performed work of similar or greater complexity on at least two previous projects under the present company name.
5. Has been actively engaged in the type of electrical and instrumentation work specified in the Contract Documents for a minimum of 5 years.
Electrical Contractor shall verify existing conditions and dimensions prior to starting work. Any discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the JEA Contract Administrator. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to remove and/or provide additional items as required to comply with the contract documents.
Electrical Contractor shall provide any and all dust curtains, temporary partitions, walk-off mats or any other barricade or process necessary to keep site clean.
