Electricity grid operation. In order to ensure the power purchase/sale as prescribed in the PPA, the Seller and Purchaser shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of electricity grid and power plant connection equipment within the scope of properties management in compliance with Regulations on the plant’s connection voltage-based electricity distribution/transmission grid, Standards/Regulations of the electricity industry and Regulations on power system operations. The Purchaser shall be required to discuss and reach its consensus with the Seller on load balance and voltage stability for the distribution grid, making sure the maximum load of distribution/transmission grid.

Electricity grid operation a) The Seller shall be responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of electricity grid equipment within the scope of properties management as prescribed in the Connection Agreement(s) with power grid management entities, ensuring the compliance with stipulations on the operation of the national electricity system; standards and technical regulations of the electricity industry; and the power purchase/sale as prescribed in the PPA. b) The Seller shall be required to discuss and reach its consensus with the national operation entity (which has control authority) on power source mobilization plan and solutions to mitigate the impacts on regional electricity grid transmission as caused by constraints related to regional load and electricity grids.

Electricity grid operation a) The Buyer and the Seller shall operate and maintain the power grid and the equipment connected to the power plant within the scope of asset management in accordance with the Regulation on distribution power grid and transmission power grid under the connection voltage level of the plant, the regulations and standards of electricity sector and Regulation on operation of power system to ensure the sale and purchase of power under the Agreement. b) The Buyer shall discuss and reach an agreement with the Seller on balance of load and voltage stability for the distribution power grid to ensure the maximum load capacity of distribution power grid and transmission power grid.

  • System Operation The Parties shall adhere to any applicable operational requirements of PJM necessary to protect the integrity of the transmission system within the PJM Control Area and the transmission systems of interconnected control areas, and shall satisfy any and all PJM, RFC and NERC criteria, when applicable. The DS Supplier shall also adhere to any applicable operational requirements of the Company necessary to protect the integrity of the Company’s local distribution system.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.

  • Commercial Operation (i) On or before December 31, 2021, Interconnection Customer must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units. Demonstrating commercial operation includes achieving Initial Operation in accordance with Section 1.4 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and making commercial sales or use of energy, as well as, if applicable, obtaining capacity qualification in accordance with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least fifteen (15) days written notice to the SLDC / ALDC / DISCOM as the case may be, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System. 4.1.2 Subject to Article 4.1.1, the Power Project may be synchronized by the Power Producer to the Grid System when it meets all the connection conditions prescribed in the Grid Code and otherwise meets all other Indian legal requirements for synchronization to the Grid System. 4.1.3 The synchronization equipment and all necessary arrangements / equipment including Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) for scheduling of power generated from the Project and transmission of data to the concerned authority as per applicable regulation shall be installed by the Power Producer at its generation facility of the Power Project at its own cost. The Power Producer shall synchronize its system with the Grid System only after the approval of GETCO / SLDC / ALDC and GEDA. 4.1.4 The Power Producer shall immediately after each synchronization / tripping of generator, inform the sub-station of the Grid System to which the Power Project is electrically connected in accordance with applicable Grid Code. 4.1.5 The Power Producer shall commission the Project within SCOD. 4.1.6 The Power Producer shall be required to obtain Developer and/ or Transfer Permission, Key Plan drawing etc, if required, from GEDA. In cases of conversion of land from Agricultural to Non-Agriculture, the commissioning shall be taken up by GEDA only upon submission of N.A. permission by the Power Producer. 4.1.7 The Power Producer shall be required to follow the Forecasting and Scheduling procedures as per the Regulations issued by Hon’ble GERC from time to time. It is to clarify that in terms of GERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019 the procedures for Forecasting, Scheduling & Deviation Settlment are applicable to all solar generators having combined installed capacity above 1 MW connected to the State Grid / Substation including those connected via pooling stations.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.
