ELECTROMECHANICAL EQUIPMENTS. The Contractor shall be responsible for operating and maintaining all equipment’s between the raw sewage inlet valves to the cooling tower delivery outlets all inclusive. The work shall include periodical oiling and greasing of various components such as Bearings, shafts etc. and tightening the connections in all electrical equipment’s like switches, Starters, motors etc. Replacement of bearings, V belts, gland packing for pumps, nuts, bolts, washers of various sizes, HRC fuses, starter coils, contacts, cable glands, switches and its parts, valves and valve parts shall be done as and when necessary. Repairs or replacements of any of the equipment or part thereof as mentioned in the Annexure A shall be done by engaging skilled technicians. However, motor rewinding of all types and cost of material shall .be arranged and paid by the Employer after evaluating the cause of such breakdowns. If any breakdown occurs due to negligence, the repair charges shall be recovered from the bills payable to the Contractor. All the machinery in the plant will be checked periodically by the A.C. plant operator and JE (Elect)/A.M. (Elect.) of the Employer. All necessary repairs shall be done as per their instructions. If the contractor fails to arrange for repairs of any defective equipment in time, the same will be arranged by the Employer at his cost. Any equipment which has gone defective beyond economical repairs due to ageing, normal wear/tear will be replaced by the Employer.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Safety Equipment Should the employment duties of an employee in the bargaining unit require use of any equipment or gear to insure the safety of the employee or others, the District agrees to furnish such equipment or gear.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

This equipment is designed for repeated use and used to treat a medical condition or illness, and includes items such as oxygen equipment, functional wheelchairs, and crutches. Durable Medical Equipment may require Prior Authorization. Only Durable Medical Equipment considered standard and/or basic as defined by nationally recognized guidelines are Covered.
