Electronic Devices. 1. Any information gathered by electronic devices shall be communicated to the teacher in a timely manner. 2. The provisions of section “B” above also apply to the use of information obtained through electronic devices. 3. Additionally, no information to be used in a teacher’s evaluation report shall be gathered by electronic devices without the written consent of the teacher. 4. The District will comply with all state and federal laws.
